The Montreal Centre for Contemporary Textiles 2
During the Journées de la culture 2008, the Montreal Centre for Contemporary Textiles organized an event called Operation Scarf!. For two days, the organization opened up its workspaces to textile creators and the general public, allowing them to create scarves of all types—woven, knit and felt. The scarves will be given to the homeless during the Bingourd event, on Sunday the 30th, at 2 PM.
